Redesigning how content at Snapchat is flagged, reviewed, and actioned on, one snap at a time.
Overview
Reviewing content and actioning against that content can be a very difficult, subjective, and (sometimes) traumatic process. This project examined the entire existing workflow and counted for ongoing product and engineering work before beginning an exhaustive redesign effort. The work done is web-based and heavily used onsite conducted user research and studies.
